If you’ve followed the instructions and are still unable to downgrade, please check the following items in your web or mobile app:
- Make sure you aren’t using Gold Buying Power.
- Make sure you don’t have pending orders that will use Gold Buying Power.
- Make sure you haven’t made purchases using more than $1,000 in instant deposits.
Once you’ve confirmed these requirements, try to downgrade your account. If you still can’t downgrade, shoot us a note and we’ll be happy to help!
