If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it, tap the Forgot Password link on the login page of your mobile app or web app to send a password reset email to your email address on file.
If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or any other email addresses you may have. If you believe you incorrectly entered your email address at signup, submit a ticket to change your email address.
Please make sure you choose an entirely new password. If you try to enter in the same one, you won’t be able to login.
Tip: Make sure you tap Login and not Sign Up to avoid accidentally submitting a new application.
