Checking Your Application Status

To check if we’ve approved your account, log into the app on your phone to see the status of your application. We’ll follow up with you via email if we need anything else!

Your account application may be placed under further review for the following reasons:

  • Additional Documentation to verify your identity may be required
  • Due to a lack of credit history, we’re unable to verify all of your information. We’re reviewing your application in further detail to verify and protect your identity.
