Shareholder Meetings and Elections

Voting in Shareholder Meetings and Elections

As a shareholder, you have the right to attend and vote in shareholder meetings. We use ProxyVote to allow you to attend and vote remotely. Before each shareholder meeting you’re eligible to attend, ProxyVote will send you an email with instructions for how to vote via proxy.

How to Use ProxyVote

When you receive an email from ProxyVote, you have three listed options:

  1. Vote prior to the meeting via ProxyVote
  2. Attend the meeting in person
  3. By phone

Your email from ProxyVote will contain instructions for all three methods, as well as a link to vote if you choose to vote online via ProxyVote.

Logging Into ProxyVote

Click the link provided in your ProxyVote email, which will take you to log in with your separate ProxyVote PIN. You can reset your ProxyVote PIN there if you’re new to the system.

Your ProxyVote email will have a link to download materials relevant to the shareholder meeting.

ProxyVote & Robinhood

ProxyVote is a third party system that allows you to participate in shareholder meetings based off the shares you own in your Robinhood account. Your emails from ProxyVote will not have standard Robinhood letterhead. If you have any questions about their platform, we encourage you to reach out to them.
