Restricted Accounts

A restriction may be placed on an account in response to a specific account issue, such as:

  • Transfer reversals
  • Incorrect/outdated information on file
  • Fraud inquiry
  • Account Levy

To remove a restriction, please deposit funds to cover the negative balance or contact us to resolve the account issue. You may also find out more information about transfer reversals here.
